Inoue is a blue haired girl who is one of the original members of the Black Knights.She was one of the members of the resistance cell led by Ohgi. Although she is the only female in the group besides Kallen, she does not have a major role in the series. She is killed in battle in episode 25 during the fight for Tokyo.
